Upload a PDF, Word (DOCX) or text (TXT) document of up to 50 MB and choose how many questions you want, their types, difficulty and language. In a few minutes you'll have a question bank and, if you like, a draft assessment ready to review and publish. Scanned or image-only PDFs work too; if a Word document only contains images, export it as PDF first.

Yes, and we recommend it. You can edit or delete every question, its options and the correct answer before publishing. You decide what gets delivered; the AI just saves you the first draft.

Single choice, multiple choice, true or false, short answer and open-ended questions. Everything is graded automatically except open-ended questions, which you grade from the results panel.

Invite them by email, organize them into groups or let them join automatically with your organization's email domain. Each participant signs in with their email or their Google or Microsoft account, so their results and certificates are in their name. It works on computers, tablets and phones, and answers are saved automatically.

You can shuffle questions and options, draw different questions from a bank for each person, set a date window, a server-enforced time limit, a maximum number of attempts and an access code, and prevent going back to earlier questions. We also record signals such as leaving the tab, exiting full screen or pasting text so you can review each attempt. We don't use the camera or microphone.

Yes. When someone passes, Evalence generates a PDF certificate with your logo, a signature and a QR code, and emails it to them. Anyone can confirm it's authentic at evalence.com.mx/verify. You can set an expiry date and revoke certificates when needed.

Evalence is built to deliver assessments to large groups simultaneously; our experience comes from the assessment systems we built for UNAM. If you're planning a mass delivery, such as an admission exam, tell us the date and number of participants and we'll plan capacity with you.

Your data is encrypted in transit and hosted on Google Cloud, with files in private storage, role-based access and regular backups. We don't use your documents to train AI models. See the details in our privacy notice.

It includes Google and Microsoft sign-in, automatic joining by email domain and CSV export of results. If you need to connect it to your own systems, such as institutional single sign-on or your school platform, we handle it as a tailored institutional solution.

Yes. The platform is available in Spanish and English, and you can generate questions in either language.
